The first system (10058) was realised about a year ago. The steel construction was designed for two robot cells. We were now able to realise the second half of this twin system, with a Fanuc robot suspended from a steel structure in front of a CNC milling machine. Parts are fed and removed in pallets with mould nests on conveyor belts. There is a lift between the conveyor belts. A third belt is used to remove parts that can no longer be put back into pallets.
