10025 Trade show demonstrator with cobot

For a customer from Switzerland, we develop and build a fully automatic demonstrator with a collaborative robot as actuator and PLC control part for the products to be presented within a short time. The solution with a collaborating robot is particularly convincing because the customer can program and save new motion sequences himself within minutes without having to reprogram a PLC, because costly and bulky safety covers or light grids can be dispensed with and so the trade fair visitor is closer to the product, and almost any conceivable motion sequence can be programmed, making the machine flexible and thus future-proof. In addition, the customer can easily replace the PLC control and adapt it to local standards without affecting the actuator part.
