The RG2 gripper does away with installation kits and works without external cables, so that every robot movement can be performed without having to worry about cable placement. Functions and advantages

  • No external cables
    Free movement and full integration with UR3 endless loop. No time is needed to attach and handle cables.
  • Grip indicators
    Automatic detection of "lost grip", "grip detected", "continuous grip" and "measure_width" eliminates the need to program these functions manually.
  • Automatic Tool Center Point (TCP) calculation
    Simplifies programming and avoids time-consuming workarounds. Robot arm movements are more precise.
  • Adjustable force and stroke
    Gripping force from 3N to 40N and gripping stroke from 0mm to 160mm.
  • Automatic depth compensation
    The gripper is integrated with the arm movement to ensure that the gripper fingers sweep parallel across the work surface. Dramatically simplifies programming and eliminates time-consuming operations.
  • Multi-position mounting bracket
